Fun Facts about Me

Brace yourself...this is really detailed!

  • I am an avid fanfiction writer! I have been able to brainstorm my own creative storylines on various movies, stage shows, and television series that catch my interest.
But I do also have my own original work. I have been planning and drafting a three book young adult series for over six years! Maybe I'll need to get a ghost writer to help me out...

  • I have lived in the same city for my entire life, but have moved all over it! Our family started in an apartment, but since then we have lived in three different houses over the course of eighteen years!
In our very first house, my dad built an enormous fort in the backyard for my siblings and I to play together and with all our friends who came over. Once my older sibling even got a huge thick yellow braid rope and hung it over the outside of the fort to try and use it climb up!
We dubbed it the Rapunzel challenge!

  • I have met a dozen actors and actresses over the years; some have been known for their faces, and some for just their voices!
Some notable favorites have been Constantine Maroulis, Jason Segel, Darren Criss, Jeff Dunham, Lea Thompson, Corey Feldman and his wife Courtney, Linda Lavin, Rob Paulsen, Jess Harnell, Tress MacNeille, Maurice LaMarche, James Arnold Taylor...just to name a few!

Two meetings I will never forget even though they were very brief and seem like an eternity ago- both of Wicked's original witches! Kristin AND Idina!

Both me and my brother met them together- Kristin at the Los Angeles Book Festival for the release of her book, which we got signed as we spoke with her and took a photo!

Idina we met for about seven seconds after one of her concerts, amidst the chaos of a wall of fans outside the Greek amphitheater. We still got to tell her what an inspiration she was to us as she signed our tickets!

  • In my opinion, the Backstreet Boys are the greatest boy band of all time! Over 25 years together, never broken up, still making great music!
I saw them in Las Vegas for my 2st birthday, and my sister and I saw them in Anaheim on their DNA summer tour! I have been hearing their music ever since I was in kindergarten- one of their songs was always playing on the radio every morning when we drove to school.

And they're back on the radio again now! Their newest album was released January 25th 2019!

  • I am a closeted 80's rock groupie! I absolutely fell in love with the whole decade for its music, fashion, and aesthetic, but mainly the music! I hope to see at least one infamous group while I'm still in my 20's a just go totally crazy!
Top artists of the 80's for me include Journey, Motley Crue, Van Halen, Cyndi Lauper, Joan Jett...pretty sure there's more!

Some may call some songs by 80s bands as sexist and degrading, but personally I find it sexually empowering as a young woman. Plus the aggravation of it is the perfect way to vent those really intense feelings you get sometimes!
